Delete everything from the app

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Tap “Delete my account…”, type DELETE, then confirm.

This removes your rooms, items, photos, policy limit and account from our systems. The deletion runs immediately; storage copies are purged within 30 days. Purchases are recorded by Apple and are not affected; if you reinstall later you can restore a purchase, but the inventory itself is gone and cannot be recovered.

Delete a single room, photo or item

Rooms have a delete button in their header. Photos can be removed from the photo screen; items detected in a removed photo stay in the room without the picture. Items can be marked “Not in this home” or deleted from the item screen.

If you can't open the app

Email support@aihomeinventory.co from the address on the account, or include the device identifier shown in the Account tab if you never added an email. We confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is not deleted

Aggregate, anonymous analytics events that cannot be tied to you, and Apple's own purchase records, which are governed by Apple. Any PDF or CSV you exported and saved elsewhere is yours to delete.
