Pricing
Free for two rooms. One payment for the whole home.
An inventory is made once and kept, so the app is priced like that: no subscription, one purchase for the first home, an optional purchase for each extra home, and small packs if you need more photos.

The facts in one place
AI Home Inventory is free for 4 AI photos across 2 rooms. The Whole Home upgrade costs US$49.99 as a one-time purchase and includes 60 AI photos. Additional Home Inventory is US$19.99 once. Each purchase adds one separate home inventory with 60 AI photo scans, and you can buy it again for more homes. Your first home is unchanged. A pack of 20 additional AI photos costs US$9.99. There is no monthly or annual subscription. Prices are in US dollars; your app store shows the localized price at checkout.
What counts as an AI photo
Each successful AI photo scan uses one photo from your allowance, including close-ups: a wide shot, a closet or drawer shot, or a close-up of a label. A photo that fails to scan is not charged. Editing items, adding them by hand, entering an appraised value, and generating reports never use a photo.
How many photos a home takes
Start with two wide shots per room, then photograph opened closets, cabinets, hidden items and labels as needed. Photo needs vary with the room and what is visible. Review the suggested list and add missing items; two photos do not guarantee complete coverage.
Why one-time rather than a subscription
Most people make an inventory once, update it after a big purchase, and re-check it at renewal. Charging monthly for that would be charging for a document to exist. The annual re-scan reminder is included in Whole Home; a re-scan uses photos from your balance, and a pack covers a room or two.
Refunds and restoring
Purchases go through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Request refunds through the store where you purchased; that store's refund policy applies. Restore purchases from the Account tab on a new phone. Purchases are tied to your account, so add an email before switching devices.
