Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the AI Home Inventory app and website, operated by ITIME MARKETING INC (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.
1. What the app is, and is not
The app helps you document your belongings and estimate their replacement cost from photographs. The values it shows are estimated ranges for what an item of equivalent kind and quality costs at current retail, generated by an AI model from your photos and your entries. They are not appraisals, not insurance advice, and not a guarantee of what any insurer will pay. Jewelry, art, antiques and collectibles are not valued by the app at all. You are responsible for checking the inventory, for obtaining appraisals where needed, and for the coverage decisions you make with your insurer.
2. Your account and content
You may use the app without registering; an account is created for your device. Adding an email or Apple sign-in attaches it to that account. You own the photos and data you add. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them to you and to produce your reports. Do not upload content you have no right to, or content depicting other people's homes without their permission.
3. Purchases
The free tier covers 2 rooms. The Whole Home unlock is a one-time purchase of US$49.99 and includes 60 AI photos; packs of 20 AI photos cost US$9.99. Prices are in US dollars and shown localized at checkout. Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. Photo credits do not expire and are not refundable once used. Purchases attach to your account; add an email so they follow you to a new device.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, overload the service, or use it to process images for purposes other than documenting belongings. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features and prices; paid unlocks you have already purchased are honoured. Export your inventory at any time from the Report tab.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any shortfall in insurance coverage or claim settlement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab; see the data deletion page. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ITIME MARKETING INC's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
